Healing Dis-Ease: A Holistic Approach with Lindsay Tuttle NP
In this week's episode we sit down with Family Nurse Practitioner, Lindsay Tuttle. Lindsay walks us through her journey of discovering there was much more to healing than her medical training provided. She talks about how she felt compelled to expand her understanding of the body's healing process from a mind-body-spirit holistic approach. Today she applies what she learned through her own healing in her healing practice. We discussed her own battles with emotional trauma "dis-ease" as well as strategies to re-train your thought patterns and take your healing journey to a new level.

Lindsay is a mama, family nurse practitioner, homesteader holistic living advocate living in north Idaho! She believes we were created to not just be well....but to THRIVE.
